Return and Refund Policy

    The Ethnic Jewels have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    To start a return, you can contact us at contact@theethnicjewels.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation email as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Items should be returned within 30 days from the date of return request. To be eligible for refund, you need to provide the tracking number if asked.

    If request to share the picture of the item that you received, Please cooperate with us by sharing the image in order to make a decision on refund. 

    Please read the below mentioned points carefully to know more about refund policy.

    • Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items requested by buyer) cannot be cancelled and the amount cannot be refunded or exchanged with another product. 
    • All orders placed are final sales hence exchange is not allowed.
    • There are no refund and cancellation once the order has been processed and fulfilled.
    • The cancellation request should be made within 24 hours from the order placed timing. After this time-frame no request will be entertained.
    • In case you decide the cancellation the order and the order has not shipped and fulfilled, please reach out to us at contact@theethnicjewels.com. Do not place another order with correct item.
    • Refund will be issued for the damaged and defective items only.
    • In case of cancellation, 5% restocking fees will be deducted from the total amount paid because the credit card company charge the payment processing fees when customer place a order and decide to cancel it for any reason.
    • All shipments are packed after quality check, in case of damage, the customer has to courier back the shipment on their own expense or you can contact customer support for booking a return shipping.
    • If shipping carrier website shows that your order was delivered then you will be responsible to coordinate with shipping carrier to get the packet.
    • In case of missing the order, buyer will be responsible to pay for the shipping charges for reship.
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

    ( For any reason buyer refuse to abide by the policies in place or commit fraud after receiving the order, they could possibly be blocked from purchasing again)

    Please make sure that buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges. In case The Ethnic Jewels finds that the shipping charges should be paid by the company, we will certainly do that but final decision would be made by The Ethnic Jewels
