This is a gorgeous, quality piece & was delivered in a super timely manner. The shop owner is incredibly friendly & after searching for some time for the right pieces I'm glad to have bought from her!

first, i made a custom order only to have them send the wrong thing THREE TIMES — the first one broke, and when i contacted them about it, they made ME pay shipping costs to send another one out. mind you, the first one that broke wasn’t the right gauge, and the second one i had to pay for AGAIN was STILL not the right gauge despite me very CLEARLY saying that i needed a flatback dior in 20g for my custom order. and then after i contacted them AGAIN, they sent out ANOTHER piercing at the right gauge — except it was corkscrew. why even do a custom order when you can’t fulfill the customer’s wishes properly, and they wasted my time and money and didn’t even tell me beforehand that they could not do a flatback in 20g.

after this, i completely gave up contacting them after their countless errors and decided to wear the corkscrew only to have discovered it tarnishing while it was INSIDE of my nose — having caused WEEKS of itchiness and surrounding my nostril piercing until i knew what was wrong. when i took it out, the back part of the D that was resting against my nose was BLACK. i threw it out immediately and probably will not be wearing any other jewelry pieces i own from them, because i do NOT feel safe wearing them after this experience. i used to love this company but i think i am totally done and will never order from them again. i am EXTREMELY upset and let down.
