What does in-stock, shipping later and made-to-order mean ?
The shipping and processing times depend on the items you're ordering. The status of each product (in stock, shipping later or made-to-order) is indicated on each individual product page, as well as the estimated shipping date.
It's in our facilities and ready for a new home! Shipping timelines are usually within 7 business days from the date ordered, but be sure to note the estimated "ships on" on each individual product page - this is the date it will leave our facility. You'll see it above the "Add to Bag" button. Kindly note that in-stock engraved and monogrammed items usually ship within 8 business days from the purchase date.
We don’t have it on hand yet but it’s coming soon! Not to worry, you can still purchase it and your order will be added in the queue to be fulfilled and shipped as soon as they are available! The estimated ship date is indicated on the product page and at check-out for your reference. You'll see it above the "Add to Bag" button. Kindly note that you will be charged at the time the order is placed.
Made to order (including engravings and monograms)
Once your order has been placed, we need to craft the piece since it’s being made especially for you, and can take a bit more time to be processed. Be sure to note the estimated shipping date on the product page so you can plan accordingly. These pieces include our Milestone collection (engagement rings and wedding bands), engravables and monogrammed pieces.
What are the shipping fee and delivery timeline?
Due to the high volume of shipments at this time, shipping couriers are unable to guarantee estimated delivery dates. Be sure to keep an eye on your tracking to follow its journey! Kindly note that deliveries may experience a delay due to country specific emergency (That varies country to country)
Estimated Dispatch Date
The estimated dispatch date will be indicated on each product page above the “ADD TO BAG” button. This date will also be indicated during checkout! Please note that if your order consists of in-stock, shipping later and/or made-to-order pieces (including engraving and monogrammed pieces), the dispatch date may change. Make sure to check the dates indicated during checkout and on your confirmation email. Your order may be split if the estimated dispatch dates are more than 7 days apart (Canada and US only).
The shipping fee is charged based on the subtotal before taxes and discounts. Indicated delivery timeline does not include weekends, holiday and any unforeseeable delays on the courier's end (weather, volume, traffic, etc). Estimated delivery date may be delayed if a change of delivery option was submitted on the customer’s end.
For other international countries, there may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that The Ethnic jewels does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.
Kindly note The Ethnic Jewels is unable to provide replacements or refunds for stolen packages after the shipping carrier has successfully delivered the parcel.
Will I be charged duties and taxes?
There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that The Ethnic Jewels does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.
FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEES
The Ethnic Jewels does not charge any additional fees other than the total amount owed for the order. Other fees would have been applied by your bank and are not under the control of The Ethnic Jewels. As we're based out of India, banks in other countries may consider us a "foreign company" and charge additional international fees on their own. We are not able to provide a refund for any foreign transaction fees.

Should you decide to deny the shipment due to duties and other fees, the package will be returned back to your local post office and we do not have any control once shipped from our side.
Kindly note that you will be responsible for the order after shipped.

We ship to all our world however please contact us if you feel that you will have any trouble receiving your order.
Is signature required upon delivery?
Note :- Note: The delivery process has been adjusted temporarily until further notice so they might not ask for signature.
However, if they ask for it please cooperate with them.
Note: If your order shows as delivered but is nowhere to be found, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 business days of the delivered date. Any items reported as lost past this period or lost due to waiving of signature will be denied for replacement or refund.
If your order shows delivered, we will check the shipping carrier website and if it shows same details, then you are responsible to contact the shipping carrier company.
How do I find my order number?
If you have a The Ethnic Jewels account, simply log in and select “My Orders” in the drop-down menu under your name. There, you can find the order number! If you haven't created an account, no worries! You can create one anytime with the same email address used to place the order.
Also note that with every order, we send an order confirmation email, which is sent to the same email used to make the purchase. Be sure to check all inboxes as it can make its way to junk/spam folder!
2. Gift Order
If you've been sent a gift, a gift receipt with the order number should've been included. Still can't find it? Send us an email at email@example.com with the gifter's name and their email address!
Can I cancel or update my order?
If you need to cancel or make a change to your order, please reach out within 24 hours of placing the order. Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request.
Once shipped from our side, we won’t be able to cancel or make any changes in your order.
You will be responsible for that.
Can I change my address?
Feel free to reach out to us within an hour of placing your order and we will try our best to accommodate the change before the order is processed. Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we are unable to guarantee the change. Once the order is shipped, The Ethnic Jewels cannot change the address on our end but you can contact to the shipping carrier to submit special delivery instructions.
How can I track my order?
Already have an account?
First, log into your The Ethnic Jewels account at any time and select "My Orders" to review your order status. Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you.
What does this mean?
Your order has been handed over to our operations team to fulfil. If all items in your order are in-stock, typical processing time is 2-4 business days!
Yay! Your order has been packed and its on the way to you. Kindly note that the tracking may take some time to be scanned into the courier's system to reflect any activity or movement.

No worries! You can still create an account now using the same email address used to place the order and it will appear under "My Orders".
Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is packed! Once the courier picks up the package and scans it into the system, the tracking number can be used to see the information about your order. This may take a couple hours and if the order was packed on the weekend, it will be updated next available business day!

Do I have to pay for custom/import charges? For overseas deliveries only.
Customs & Import charges may apply. Customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control of these charges and they must be paid by you. To avoid any unexpected surprises, we suggest you check out what import charges may apply before you order!
Why is my order missing?
In the unlikely event that you have not received your order please notify us by email at “email@example.com” within 7-8 working days for express shipping and 15 working days (Standard) from ordering.
Do you refund the delivery charges?
Delivery charges are not refundable.
What if my package is delayed or does not show up at all?
I will check the status of your order through your tracking number and if it shows that it was delivered to the address provided than you will need to file a claim with your post office.
If your shipment is lost in transit then you have to file a claim with USPS but i will do my best to get it resolved. You need to email customer care at “firstname.lastname@example.org” with your name, order number and the reason you are emailing. In the subject line please mention “Lost/Missing package”. If you have not received your original package after 30 business days I will replace your package with a new one but you will be responsible for shipping.
My order status says unfulfilled. What does that mean?
Until the shipping carrier scans the package, your order status will say unfulfilled. Please note that this does not mean your order has not been shipped or prepared. Often times your order can be shipped/In-transit but the shipping carrier has not yet scanned the package which is why the status states unfulfilled. Please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier to scan the package and your order status will up updated to say fulfilled. Our orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, Fedex and sometimes other carriers.What are the charges for return shipping labels ?
You need to contact your local shipping service provider to get the price for return shipping lable as we are not responsible for that.
