We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@theethnicjewels.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please Note :- The buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges. In case The Ethnic Jewels finds that the shipping charges should be paid by the company, we will certainly do that but final decision would be made by The Ethnic Jewels.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If asked to share the picture of the item that you received in the packet, buyer will be responsible to share the picture within  24 hours of opening the return request. If 24 hours timeline is exceeded, return window will be considered as closed.
If requested to share the picture, please attach it with the email.

Buyer will be responsible for return shipping cost.
However, final decision will be made by The Ethnic Jewels on return request.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

All orders placed as final sale and there are no refunds and cancellation once the order has been processed and fulfilled. 
To make any changes in the order or cancellation, you have 24 hours to notify us regarding that. any request for cancellation and changes will not be entrained after 24 hours.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, there is no need to make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will exchange your item without making a separate purchase for the new item and you will be updated with a new tracking number once received from the shipping provider.

Exchanges will be excepted in the condition of damage or wrong item received. All order will be considered as your consent that you have gone through all the item details and return & refund policy and you made a right choice so it will be considered as a final sale.

Buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
